Accessibility & Special Requests
We strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible.
Guests requiring specific accessibility features or communication accommodations are encouraged to contact the property before booking or prior to arrival so we can discuss your needs and confirm availability.
Special requests submitted during the reservation process are welcomed but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the property before arrival.

- Check-out: 10:00 AM
For your convenience, simply lock your room when departing and place your room keys in the key box located outside the office.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Free cancellation is available up to 2 days before arrival.
- Cancellations, reservation changes made within 2 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures may be subject to a charge of one night’s room rate.
- Once a guest has checked in and occupied the room, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Property Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests:
- All guest rooms are 100% smoke-free.
- Cooking appliances, other than the in-room microwave, are not permitted.
- Smoking inside guest rooms will result in a $250 cleaning and recovery fee.
- Pets must remain on a leash while outdoors, must not be left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
- Undeclared pets are subject to a $100 fee per night.
Guests who violate property policies or engage in behavior that disturbs other guests may be required to leave the property without a refund.
Holiday Lodge reserves the right to update its policies at any time.
