The following policies are intended to provide a safe and enjoyable lodging experience for all of our guests. Please let us know when something needs attention, so we can correct it.

 COVID-19 UPDATES

 For those who need a necessary stay in the Yellowstone/Cody area, Cody Holiday Lodge is open and practicing extensive safety procedures suggested by the CDC and local health department.

 Check-In – The Check-in hour is from 3pm to 11 pm. To minimize interaction, please call ahead and we will have your keys and registration ready upon arrival (307) 307-349-8642. Our Front Desk staff will continue to diligently sanitize our reception and public areas following CDC Guidelines for disinfection. We will consistently monitor our staff for any signs of illness, at which time, those individuals will be asked to stay at home. Hand washing will always be a priority.

Cleaning and Disinfection – Once checked-in, we will provide any additional amenities as needed (towels, coffee, shampoo, etc.) but will not enter your room during your stay. Prior to arrival, your room will be disinfected following current CDC Guidelines for disinfection. If you have questions during your stay, please try to call the office rather than visiting in person. Or limit to one person in each group to visit the office as we are limiting the number of people in the office.

Breakfast – In further practice of social distancing guidelines, we will provide complimentary TO-Go breakfast to the motel guest when they Check-in at the office.

Check-out – The Office is closed in the morning. For guests checking out, please leave the door locked and put your keys in the key box in front of the office.

The safety and health of our staff, guests and community are our primary concerns as we navigate through the current COVID-19 crisis, we will continue to monitor the situation and update our policies as needed.

Cancellation Policy: A valid credit card guarantee is required. The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged one-night cost as a penalty if they cancel, modify in the 2 days before arrival or no show. No refund after check in.

 No Cooking appliances (except using the in-room microwave) & No smoking in motel rooms. A $250 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking or using cooking appliances in motel rooms and cabins.

 Pet: Please pick up after your pet and properly dispose of the waste. Pets should always be kept on a leash. A Pet cannot be left unattended in rooms. Pet charge is $10 per pet per night; undeclared pet will be assessed a $50 fine per night.

 Violators of the above policies will be asked to leave without refund. Cody Holiday Lodge reserves the right to revise these rules at any time.
